Enrolment & Fees
Step 1. Book a visit
The first step is to give us a call and book a visit. This is your opportunity to see our environment, meet our teachers, ask any questions and get a feel for the routines and learning spaces. We believe the best decisions are made when you can see the centre in action and meet the people who will be caring for your child.
Step 2. Enrolment
When you are ready to enrol the Team Leader of your child’s room will take you through the enrolment process, this includes filling out our online enrolment form, discussing your booking and helping with your WINZ subsidy application if you are applying.
Step 3. Pre-Visits
In the week before your child’s start date we will organise three pre-visits. These visits give your child time to explore the room and outdoor spaces, become familiar with their teachers and to begin forming relationships with the other children. The pre-visits are also the time where our teachers will discuss important information with you, share relevant policies and procedures and learn about your child’s routines and needs.
How our fees work
We know that children are most settled and ready to learn when their schedule is consistent and stable. We have set up our fee structure so that children can attend five days per week without extra charges to parents.
Base Rate: First 6 Hours
The base fee covers the first six hours of every day.
3 days is the same as 5
The weekly base fee for three days is the same as for five days, it doesn’t matter if you do three days or five, the base fee remains the same
Some families are eligible for subsidies
The base fee the parent pays does depend on whether or not you receive a WINZ subsidy and if your child is under or over three years old.
Hourly Rate: Above 6 hours
If you were to book five seven-hour days. The base fee would cover the first six hours of every day and then the hourly rate would be charged for five hours (one hour for every day over the first six hours).

Fruit and snacks for morning and afternoon tea. A late snack for those children staying on longer.

WINZ Subsidy
The Childcare Subsidy from Work and Income (WINZ) helps families with the weekly cost of early childhood education. It is a payment made directly to Kidz World, reducing the amount that parents need to pay each week. The exact amount depends on your household income, the number of children you have, and the hours your child is enrolled for.
20 Hours Free ECE
Kidz World offers 20 Free ECE hours. 20 Free ECE hours is a government funded program for children three years and over. This program allows all children aged three to six years, 20 Free hours of Early Childhood Education. The 20 Free ECE hours are available for up to six hours per day, up to 20 hours per week.
If your your child is over three and attending 20 hours per week (up to six hours per day), there is no fee.
For children over three attending more than 20 hours per week, the 20 Free ECE hours is already included in our fees.
Siblings Discount
Families with more than one child enrolled for over 30 hours per week are eligible for a 30% discount on the parent-paid portion of the fees for the older child.
